1. There are spots on product surface after membrane press.
First check the glue, if your glue is too dense to use and the glue can be disperse irregularly?
It's better to choose low viscosity adhesive. Second please check if the air-pressure of spray gun is not enough which can cause poor atomization.Increase air pressure of spray gun to increase atomization degree.Third please sand the surface after the glue is dried out with fine sand paper.

2. After vacuum membrane press, the board is well in room temperature,but poor in high temperature
First you should consider if the temperature is too low during membrane press,if yes,please increase the temperature properly.Second please consider if you had chose a proper type of glue, you should change to a proper adhesive.Last but not least, add curing agent to increase adhesion strength.

3. Why the edge don't have enough adhesion strength?
There are four points need be considered. The first one is not enough vacuum degree, you should increase vacuum degree. The second is not enough film temperature, you should increase film temperature little by little. The third is not suitable type of glue, you should change to a suitable type of adhesive. The last one is lacking of curing agent, you should add curing agent to increase the adhesion strength.

4. what can I do if the nozzle is clogged when use vacuum membrane press adhesive?
You should check if the glue mixed with some solid particles or the glue crusted. If yes, then you should use 200 mesh filter to filter the glue before use.
